Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DommeAtlas (“DommeAtlas”, “we”, “us”), an 18+ listing directory operated by [Operator legal name], [registered address]. By accessing or using DommeAtlas you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the directory.

1. Eligibility & age

DommeAtlas is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the directory. By entering you confirm you meet this requirement. Members and providers must verify their email, and providers may, in a later release, be required to verify their identity. We do not knowingly permit any account or content involving a minor and will remove it and report it to the relevant authorities.

2. The service

DommeAtlas is a listing directory. We provide a platform on which adults who offer lawful professional services (“providers”) can publish a profile, and adults who seek them (“members” and visitors) can browse. Registered members and providers may also use additional features we offer from time to time — such as virtual tokens, tipping, subscribing to or purchasing a provider’s private content, direct messaging, and blog posts (see the relevant sections below). We are not a party to any arrangement made between users, do not employ, endorse or vet providers, and do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or quality of any listing, content or service. Any dealings between users are solely between them, at their own risk.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of DommeAtlas is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Content that violates that policy — including any content involving minors, trafficking, or non-consensual acts — is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

4. Accounts & content

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for everything you upload or post — including profile media, private-gallery and pay-per-view content, blog posts, and anything you send in a direct message — and you warrant that you are an adult, that you have the right to publish or send it, and that everyone depicted has consented. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the directory and to deliver it to the users you intend (for example, your subscribers or a message recipient).

Moderation. Photos and videos on a public profile are reviewed by a human moderator before that profile is published. Other content — private-gallery photos, pay-per-view videos, blog posts and direct messages — is published or delivered without prior review, but remains fully subject to our Acceptable Use Policy; we use automated tools to flag suspect media, and we may review, refuse, remove, edit or take down any content, message or account at our discretion, particularly where it may be unlawful or breach these Terms.

5. Direct messages

Registered users may send one-to-one messages, including photos, videos and tips. Messages are private to the two participants and are not routinely monitored, but they are not confidential as against us: we may access, retain and disclose message content where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect someone’s safety. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy in messages as everywhere else; harassment, unsolicited explicit content to an unwilling recipient, and any unlawful content are prohibited.

6. Payments, tokens & refunds

Subscriptions & featuring. Publishing a profile may include a free trial. After the trial, or to access paid features such as featured placement, a subscription or one-off payment is required. Prices are shown before you pay. To pay, you are directed to a separate, securely-hosted checkout operated on our behalf; your card and payment details are entered and processed there by our payment provider, subject to its own terms and privacy notice, or you may pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency where offered. DommeAtlas never receives or stores your full card details. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the provider portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change our prices on reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Tokens.Tokens are a virtual, prepaid credit used inside DommeAtlas (currently 10 tokens = £1). They are not money, not legal tender, and have no cash value outside the platform. Members buy tokens with real money and may spend them to tip a provider, subscribe to a provider’s private gallery, or buy pay-per-view videos. These token spends are final: tokens and the content or tips they pay for are non-refundable, including if a profile, gallery or video is later removed or unpublished. Members cannot exchange tokens back into money or cash them out.

Provider payouts. Tokens a provider receives (from tips, gallery subscriptions and video sales) can be redeemed for a cash payout by contacting support and quoting the reference shown in the portal. We deduct a platform fee from the payout (the current rate is shown at the point of cash-out). The held tokens are reserved when you request a payout; if a request is declined, the tokens are returned to your wallet. Except where required by law, all payments and token purchases are non-refundable.

7. Reporting & takedown

Anyone may report a profile using the “Report this profile” control on each listing. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; reports alleging illegal content are prioritised and may result in immediate removal pending review and referral to law enforcement. To report content you believe is illegal, use the in-product report flow or contact our moderation team.

8. Intellectual property

The DommeAtlas name, branding, site design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, scrape, frame, resell or create derivative works from the directory without our written permission. Provider content remains the property of its owner.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The directory is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listing is accurate or lawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, content or conduct of any user or provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Your data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Providers can edit their profile and delete their account from the provider portal at any time. Some records may be retained where required by law or to handle disputes and abuse.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may stop using the directory at any time and delete your account from the provider portal.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

13. Changes & contact
