Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses DommeAtlas. Breaching it may result in content removal, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.

Strictly prohibited

The following are never permitted on DommeAtlas:

• Any content involving a minor. No images, text, or services depicting, sexualising, or involving anyone under 18. There are no exceptions. We remove such content immediately and report it to the authorities.
• Human trafficking and exploitation. No content that promotes, facilitates, or results from trafficking, coercion, debt bondage, or any form of exploitation.
• Non-consensual content.No content created or shared without the full, informed consent of everyone depicted, including “revenge” or covertly recorded material.
• Impersonation, stolen identity, or using another person's images without permission.
• Content depicting non-consensual violence, serious harm, or anything unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Spam, scams, fraud, or attempts to deceive other users.

Provider obligations

Providers warrant that they are adults, that they have the right to publish all content on their profile, and that everyone depicted has consented. Providers must keep their listing accurate and lawful. The same warranties apply to private-gallery photos, pay-per-view videos and blog posts.

Messaging & conduct

Everything above applies to direct messages and the photos, videos and tips sent in them. In addition, do not harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to hear from you, and do not send sexual or explicit content to anyone who has not asked for it. Tips and tokens you send are final. Messages are private to the two participants and are not routinely monitored, but we may review and disclose them where necessary to investigate a report, comply with the law, or protect someone’s safety.

Age policy

DommeAtlas is an 18+ platform. Visitors confirm they are adults via an age gate; providers verify their email and may be required to verify their identity in a future release. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors.

Reporting & takedown

Every listing has a “Report this profile” control. Use it to flag content that breaches this policy. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator. Reports alleging illegal content — especially involving minors or trafficking — are prioritised and may trigger immediate removal and referral to law enforcement. Photos and videos on a public profile are human-reviewed before that profile is published; private-gallery photos, pay-per-view videos, blog posts and direct messages are published or delivered without prior review but remain subject to this policy. Automated tools flag suspect media for priority review, and we may remove anything that breaches this policy at any time.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement for any breach of this policy, at our sole discretion.
